The VESA mounting patterns refer to the distances (in mm) between the four screw holes on the back of a TV. The mounting holes distance on the back of the TV must be less than 16" (400mm) horizontally and vertically. Our compatible faceplate fits VESA 200X100mm (8"x4"), 200X200mm (8"x8"), 300X200mm (12"x8"), 300X300mm (12"x12"), 400X300mm (16"x12"), and 400X400mm (16"x16").

The weight of your TV should be less than 115lbs/52kg, and it should be at least 26 inches in size. Our mount is suitable for wood stud, concrete, and brick walls, but it cannot be installed on drywall directly. If you want to install it on drywall, you should check for the presence of wood or metal studs using a stud finder. If there are wood studs, you can use our equipped screws; otherwise, you'll need to purchase other screws.

Please check for any blocked cables or input ports. You can try installing spacers if the arm extension is blocking the Ethernet port or Optical Audio Out port. Our bracket won't tilt down, ensuring a safe environment for you and your family.
